Your DineAmic Gift Card may be used for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at any participating DineAmic Hospitality restaurant as a form of payment. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the card value reaches a zero balance. The card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card has no maintenance or fees associated with it and never expires. Protect this card like cash. DineAmic Hospitality is not responsible for gift cards sold on unauthorized sites or secondary markets and reserves the right to refuse gift card redemptions when there is reason to believe that the gift card was obtained fraudulently.

• Can my DineAmic Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?
  Unfortunately, all gift cards must be treated like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Can one use more than one DineAmic Gift Card at a time?
  Yes. You may use as many DineAmic Gift Cards as you would like to pay for your bill. Gift Cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.
• Can I use my Gift Card for tax and gratuity?
  Yes. You can apply your DineAmic Gift Card to all items on your check including tax and gratuity.
• Does my DineAmic Gift Card ever expire?
  DineAmic Gift Cards never expire and there are no fees associated with your card.
• What happens to my DineAmic Gift Card balance if I don't use all of it?
  Because your DineAmic Gift Card was paid for, the card will always hold a stored value balance like a bank card. If your card was not depleted in full, your balance will remain until it is completely used in full.

MAY I USE MY GIFT CARD....

• IN CONJUNCTION WITH DINEAMIC REWARDS?
  Upon purchase and activation of this card, DineAmic Rewards Points may be accrued, however DineAmic Reward Points may not be accrued upon redemption of card value.
• IN CONJUNCTION WITH PRIVATE EVENTS & CATERING?
  DineAmic Gift Cards will be accepted up to $1000 maximum as final payment towards a contracted private event or catering function and will not be accepted as a form of payment towards a contracted deposit.
• IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOLIDAY BONUS CARDS?
  DineAmic Gift Cards are not valid to be used the same day as purchased during our Holiday Bonus Card promotion from November 1 to December 31 each year and require 24 hours for their value to load.
